This work is exploring whether timely insight enables managers to act earlier, respond more effectively, and influence outcomes in a consistent and measurable way. Early field work is underway, with small-scale pilots designed to build practical case evidence.
I have just become super confident and my ability to see what is going on in the team has given me such a boost and a boost to team morale; and it has become easier.
