Workplace wellbeing support needs to be helpful, proportionate and safe. Our R&D has focused on how non-clinical support pathways, such as Wellbeing First Responders and managers, can be supported by clearer boundaries, better escalation routes and more culturally adaptable guidance.
This work strengthens our consultancy approach by helping organisations create support systems that are practical, human and responsible. Rather than relying on goodwill alone, we help clients build structured pathways so people are guided towards the right level of support at the right time.
The learning I received has shifted the way Iām thinking ā and I will continue to use this on my journey.
