Over six weeks, we work with one senior sponsor, ten managers and their teams to identify emerging risks affecting stress, wellbeing, engagement and sustainable performance.
We begin with a structured review with the senior sponsor, looking at current arrangements, risks, evidence and organisational context.
Ten managers attend a one-hour onboarding session and receive a Cari® link for their teams.
Employees complete Cari within two weeks, creating a current picture of the pressures and conditions affecting their teams.
As participation develops, the sponsor and consultant review the emerging picture together through the Cari dashboard.
This means you do not have to wait until the end of the process to begin understanding what the data is telling you.
We analyse the findings across stress, wellbeing, engagement, cognitive capacity and the organisational factors affecting sustainable performance.
The purpose is not simply to identify that a problem exists, but to understand where attention is most needed.
At the end of six weeks, we provide a detailed report for senior leaders, setting out the findings, priority risks and recommended actions.
Priority actions, ownership and a review point are agreed so that the assessment leads to action rather than another report sitting on a shelf.
