Passionate about organisational dynamics and leadership, Robert’s career journey spans from project and program management to Agile-based coaching and delivery and change management at the enterprise level. He has delivered organisational transformation and leadership coaching as well as strategy creation.
Complementing this trajectory, Robert has integrated business psychology and executive coaching, alongside voluntary roles as an NED and Board member.
As the former Director of Eliassen Group’s Agile Consultancy, he spearheaded change programs and organisational design initiatives. Holding an MSc in Business and Organisational Psychology, he specialises in the psychology of workplace change. This is supplemented by senior qualifications in Strategy, Leadership and Consultancy.
Robert’s expertise is global, with extensive program delivery across Asia, Europe, and North America. He has trained and coached in prestigious institutions like Harvard, Xavier, and Villanova universities, and collaborated in both the public and private sectors, including but not limited to, JP Morgan, Lloyds of London, Shell, United Airlines, and the US Department of Labor Statistics.
