Organisation-wide rollout of Cari® wellbeing consultations, to collect detailed data on mental health, stress drivers and team dynamics. Real-time reporting and granular filtering to identify the most at-risk groups and pinpoint the underlying issues. Bespoke programme of resilience workshops, designed around the specific stress patterns, needs and team contexts uncovered by the data. Individual dashboards to help employees understand and act on their own wellbeing insights.

This data-driven, bespoke approach led to a 43% drop in reported stress and anxiety, helping people take concrete, personalised action instead of relying on generic support.
